How returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Before it ships
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it's dispatched; contact us through the form or live chat. Once it's on its way, the 60-day return below applies.
Can I return a roll?
Yes. We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, as long as the roll is unused and in its original condition and packaging. We refund the full order, minus the cost of the return shipping unless you arrange and pay for that shipping yourself.
- Samples can't be returned or refunded.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us through the form or live chat as soon as you can, with your order number and a photo. We handle these case by case.
How do I return or exchange?
Within 60 days of delivery, contact us through the form or live chat on our site with:
- Your order number
- The product name, quantity and price
- The reason for the return
- The package ID or tracking number, if you arrange the shipping
If you have an account with us, you can also request the return from your customer account page.
Once we have agreed the return, we send you the shipping instructions. We can arrange the return shipping to our return centre for you; in that case we charge you for the cost.
Until the roll reaches us, the risk is yours. Please don't put tape directly on the product; it causes permanent damage. If a roll comes back in worse condition than it left, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
What does a return cost?
You cover the return shipping. Please use a tracked, insured option that covers loss or damage.
How do I exchange?
Return the roll first, then place a new order on the site.
Making a complaint about a product
Tell us about a defect, a wrong delivery or transport damage within a reasonable time of noticing it. A complaint made within one month of noticing is always treated as reasonable. Under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have a three-year right to complain.
To complain, contact us and describe the issue. If we find the complaint valid, we send you a return label so the return is free.
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). If a complaint can't be resolved between us, we suggest you contact ARN. Keep a copy of your complaint in case a dispute arises.
When do I get my refund?
A valid refund is processed within 30 days, using the same payment method you used to order.
