Terms of service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms (the "Terms") govern your use of norrviva.com and any order you place with us. By creating an account or ordering, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't order or create an account.
Who we are
These Terms are provided by Norrviva AB, registration number 559404-6871 ("Norrviva," "we," "us," "our").
You can reach us through the contact form or live chat on our site.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on the site. If you keep ordering after a change takes effect, we take that as your acceptance of the new version.

Products
We make wallpaper and other interior design products. You'll find the details on each product's page.
Your account. You can create an account to order, though it isn't required. You may hold one account, and you may not transfer it to anyone else. Once your account exists, and any required prepayment is made, the Products are ready to order as described on the Site.
Placing an order. Order as set out on the Site. A contract comes into being when we send you an order confirmation. If we can't confirm it, we'll tell you in writing and charge you nothing.
Delivery. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, with delivery typically 2–5 business days depending on destination and carrier. During the order we tell you when and where we'll deliver. Some shipping options carry a freight cost, shown clearly when you order. You can read the full detail in our Shipping policy. If you don't collect an order in time from the delivery point, we may charge for the handling that results.
Your obligations
Who can order. We sell to individuals acting as consumers (as defined under applicable local law) and to registered businesses. You may not order or use the Functions if you are under eighteen (18), unless you have permission from your legal guardian.
Using the Functions. When you use the Functions, follow all applicable laws and regulations. Reach the Site only through the interfaces we provide. Don't use the Functions against our rights or anyone else's. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your credentials secure and don't share them. If you suspect someone else is using your account, contact us at once. We may decline or adjust an order, or close an account, where the information you gave us is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, or where you breach these Terms (for example, by not paying on time). If that happens, we'll contact you and give you a chance to put it right.
Prices and payment
Prices. You pay the fees shown on the Site for what you select. The price that applies is the one shown on the order pages when you place the order.
For shipping to the EU, UK and Norway, the price includes VAT. For orders placed by private individuals (not businesses) shipping to the prepaid destinations listed in our Shipping policy, import duties and taxes are prepaid, with nothing extra to pay on arrival. For other countries, please contact us. We may change prices, and will tell you in advance; by ordering after a change takes effect, you accept the new price.
Payment. Pay by the methods available where you place your order. We work with third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal); their terms apply to the payment, they may ask you to identify yourself, and we never see or store your full payment details. You may pay by credit or debit card, and you must keep your payment information current. We may invoice in advance or in arrears at the agreed frequency, and may issue electronic invoices to the email address you gave us. Where we offer a credit period, we may run a credit check. Pay within the time set for your chosen method; late payment can carry fees and interest, and we may suspend your account until outstanding charges are settled. Any gift cards or vouchers are valid as set out on the card or voucher.
Our liability
Warranty. For Products in physical form, we are liable for defects present when they were bought or delivered. A defect that appears within ninety (90) days is treated as having been there from the start, unless we can show otherwise; after ninety (90) days, it is for you to show the defect was there at purchase or delivery.
We are not responsible for defects you cause, or that anyone you hire to install or handle the product causes, for example by not following the installation or maintenance guidance, or by mistreating the Product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, extreme environmental conditions, unauthorised modification, improper use, misuse or accidents, and is void if the product was installed, maintained or repaired by anyone other than a qualified professional following the provided guidance, or if non-recommended adhesives or cleaning products were used. It applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Keep your proof of purchase; we'll need it for any claim.
Defects. A Product is defective if it doesn't match what we agreed in quantity or quality, if we failed to tell you something about it you should have been told, or if it is in worse condition than you could reasonably expect given its price, age and other circumstances.
Your rights if there's a defect. You may ask for a new delivery of equivalent products (where that can be done at reasonable cost to us), ask for a price reduction or compensation, or end the agreement if the defect matters materially to you.
Delay. If we don't deliver within the agreed period through no fault of yours, and the delay matters materially to you, you may end the agreement and cancel the order.
Cancellation. You may cancel freely any time before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, your 60-day right of withdrawal below applies. If you cancel, we may recover costs we have already incurred for the order.
Third-party services. We sometimes rely on third-party services or suppliers acting beyond our reasonable control; we aren't liable for damage caused by their acts or omissions. We supply Products for your own direct use; you may not buy them for resale.
Force majeure. We aren't responsible for delays or defects outside our control. If a supplier is delayed by such an event, we'll tell you as soon as we can and work to limit the effect. If there's a risk of substantial delay or defect, you may contact us to end the agreement and get a refund for anything paid but not received.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw within sixty (60) days of receiving the Products.
To withdraw, tell us your decision in a clear written statement using any of our contact details. Sending your message before the 60 days are up is enough to meet the deadline.
After you withdraw. We reimburse all payments received, provided the Products come back unchanged, using the same payment method you used to order. Return any Products you no longer want without undue delay, and within thirty (30) days of telling us, or of showing they've been sent, whichever is earlier. Return to:

We can't guarantee that reviews shown on the site or app come only from people who bought or used the Products.
Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Property and intellectual property
The Site is owned and operated by Norrviva AB. All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, patterns, images and other intellectual or industrial property we hold or use, including everything in the Functions (titles, graphics, icons, scripts, source code and so on), are ours or our licensors', and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, copied or used in whole or in part without our prior written permission. Don't tamper with, hack or attempt unauthorised access to any of our material or systems. The Products and associated rights remain our exclusive property; you may not use them commercially or otherwise without our written consent.
Governing law
Swedish law applies to these Terms and to our relationship in general.
Complaints and disputes
Tell us about a defect, wrong delivery or transport damage within a reasonable time of noticing it; within one month is always reasonable. Under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have a three-year right to complain. To complain, contact us and describe the issue; if it's valid, we send a free return label.
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), and suggest you contact ARN if a dispute can't be resolved between us. Disputes over these Terms are resolved by ARN or the competent ordinary court. You may also submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
