Where we ship
We ship worldwide. How taxes and duties are handled depends on your destination; the three cases are set out under Duties and taxes below. If you aren't sure how your country is handled, contact us through the form or live chat before you order.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight, size and destination of your order, and paid together with the order. The exact amount is shown before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
Once dispatched, transit time is roughly:
- Sweden: 2–3 business days
- International: 2–5 business days, depending on destination and the carrier you choose at checkout
Our warehouse runs Monday to Friday during standard hours, and is closed on Swedish public holidays.
When your order ships, you receive a tracking link.
If something is out of stock
Your order depends on available stock. We keep our counts accurate, but occasionally an item is unavailable after purchase. In that case we ship what is available and contact you about the rest: wait for a reprint, or receive a refund for the missing item.
Changing your delivery address
We can change the delivery address any time before your order is dispatched.
P.O. boxes and military addresses
We can ship to P.O. boxes by postal service only, not by courier. We are not able to ship to military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Duties and taxes
How import taxes and duties are handled depends on your destination. There are three cases.
1. Tax included in the price (EU, UK, Norway). For orders placed by private individuals shipping to the EU, the UK (orders under GBP 135) and Norway, sales tax (VAT) is already included in the price shown on the site. Nothing further to pay on arrival.
2. Delivered Duty Paid, nothing to pay on arrival. For private individuals shipping to the countries below, we prepay import duties and taxes, provided you pay on our site in your local currency. Nothing extra is collected when your order arrives:
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.
3. Delivered Duty Unpaid (DAP), duties collected on arrival. For every other destination, including the United States, orders ship with duties unpaid. Import duties and taxes aren't included in the price, and your country's customs authority collects them from you when the parcel arrives.

If a parcel is damaged in transit
If you can see the parcel is damaged when the courier arrives, refuse it and contact us. If it was left while you were out, contact us with photos. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
- Damaged in transit: we send a refund or a replacement as soon as the courier finishes its investigation.
- Lost in transit: same, once the courier has investigated and declared the parcel lost.
If delivery is taking too long
If your order passes the estimated window, contact us through the form or live chat and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
